Nathan Meister

Rhea was born and raised in New York City. She gained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance
and choreography at the Boston Conservatory of Music, USA and later a Master of Fine
Arts, writing for stage and screen from the Lesley University, Boston USA.
Rhea is the Artistic Director of Dramafronten, a network of theatre professionals, with
focus on text and writers, which she founded in 2009. Prior to that, from 1981 – 1995, she
was Artistic Director of TEATER TANGO and from 1995 – 2001 writer and Director for
Danish Television.
From 2012 she has been writing and directing numerous works, including ‘Gorilla’, ‘Hitler
on the Roof’, ‘Summer’, ‘The Boots of Stalin’, ‘Goebbels’ Lesson’, ‘HoHo drama’, ‘The
Rosenbergs’, and ‘Berlusconi the Musical’.

In 2017 she wrote ‘Viggo Mortensen doesn’t
live here anymore’ for Team Teatret in Herning.
